General Salon Information

Cancellation of Appointments

• 24 hours notice is required when cancelling or resheduling appointments or the total treatment charge will be made

• Non arrival of clients for appointments will be charged for at 100%

• Pamper packages require a deposit of 50% at time of booking and 48 hours cancellation notice is required

Children

For health & safety and insurance purposes and for other clients relaxation, children under the age of 12 should not be brought into the salon unless undertaking a treatment

Mobile Phones

As we try to offer a relaxed atmosphere in the salon and as a courtesy to other clients, please switch your phone off/silent before entering the salon.

Payment Methods

We take payments via cash, cheque with cheque card and Paypal
